By using EVE Monitor you agree to the terms below. The tool is provided by the EVE Monitor maintainers as a community project, free of charge, and without any guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Use at your own risk

• EVE Monitor is provided as-is. No warranty, express or implied, is offered. The maintainers are not liable for in-game losses, mistakes or downtime.
• Operational data shown by the radar (risk score, kills, intel events, market quotes) is best-effort and may be incomplete or stale. Do not rely on it as the sole source of tactical decisions.

Compliance with EVE / CCP

• You must continue to comply with the EVE Online policies and the EVE Online End User Licence Agreement (EULA) while using EVE Monitor.
• EVE Monitor does not modify the EVE client. The optional desktop companion is read-only with respect to chatlogs and requires explicit folder permission from the operating system user.
• EVE Monitor is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CCP Games. EVE Online and the EVE logo are the registered trademarks of CCP hf.

Acceptable use

• Do not use EVE Monitor for harassment, doxxing or any form of real-world abuse against other pilots or communities.
• Do not abuse the API or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or capability gating. Operational endpoints are scoped to the role granted to your account.
• Do not misrepresent EVE Monitor as official CCP software or as endorsed by CCP Games. The disclaimer must remain visible on any redistributed copy.

Account and access

You can sign in via EVE SSO. Sign-in only requests the publicData scope by default; extended scopes are opt-in per feature. Roles other than VIEWER are granted by an administrator. Accounts that violate these terms can be revoked at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
